What a gem! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, has all possible kitchen equipment, we poked a great variety of meals, there’s extra linen, 2 lovely bathrooms, great showers, lots of storage. Gorgeous Mountain View from living room Bakery behind house was great, the neighbours next door (bakery factory) made us a beautiful birthday cake. Garage and boot room for parking and skis was excellent and made going skiing with 4 young children much easier. We got takeaway pizza from the nearby restaurant twice, it’s nice. Extra parking over road is great. It’s very secure, very quick and easy to get up the mountain to passo tonale for skiing if you have small children who can’t do steep runs to ponte, there’s free parking up there, otherwise 2 min drive to town and ski lifts in ponte. A holiday dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without a lift and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the centre of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! The accommodation is just exceptional in the services, the design, the cleanliness. It's the equivalent of a hotel 4 🌟 and I speak knowingly because it's my job to evaluate hotels . The neighborhood is quiet . Motorcyclists can park their motorbike right in front of the window. Congratulations to Alessandro for the layout, the quality materials of his accommodation as well as the touches ( coffee, herbal teas, waters ) available

What a fantastic place and what a fantastic host!

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it immediately for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful with all questions about the stay and beyond.

We had a very nice time in Piano. The apartment is very tasteful and modern. The hostess was friendly, always available and helpful :)

Beautiful accommodation with great care by the host family, who live in the same house. We received fresh cakes and eggs several times and felt completely comfortable 🙂 the location is very quiet, but there are many excursion options and the days have passed far too quickly

Loved the location, truly magical and tucked away from the fray. The balcony was a great space to start and end the day. We travelled with our 7 and 10 year old, no issue with stairs, though they are steep. We never cooked beyond brewing some coffee which was provided and just enjoyed the local restaurants. It is Walkable to a mini market for grocery needs, fresh bread etc-pharmacy just up the street if you need it as well as everything else. You do need to bring your own shampoo/soap but they do provide a hairdryer! Parking spot was easy to access and nice being able to come and go and explore the other lake towns at our own pace. It was quiet and clean, just like pictures, a really unique spot in a charming town!

Excellent! The location, the apartment and its facilities, the communication with the host Candido, were all superlative. We will definitely stay here again if we pass through Valtellina.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!

We had a great stay. The accommodation was super clean, you could feel right at home. From the terrace, you had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and villages. The garden is well maintained and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant in the village. Otherwise, you needed a car for everything. It was a pity that the strada della forra has been closed since 2023, and so excursions were sometimes a little more difficult. But everything also goes through detours. We would definitely book again and thank you for the lovely stay.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We liked it very much and it was definitely worth every cent.

I booked the apartment for 2 days, to enjoy the view and take a few walks. The apartment exceeded the expectations I had from the photos. Spacious environment, possibility to adjust the temperature based on the cold, full kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and impeccable spaces, not to mention the beauty of the upper floor with a hot tub, a dream... The icing on the cake was the flexibility of check-in, since it was at 3:00 p.m. but we had the chance to enter as early as 11:00 a.m. Thank you for everything Claudia
