Monthly Rentals in Tom Township

Baxter is an excellent host, extremely responsive and most times provided the information ahead of time. The location is perfect for a fishing trip, five minutes from boat ramp! Amenities were abundant with every thing well thought of! The back porch is great, so many birds singing. The loft and master bedroom have kings beds with loft having an additional twin bed. The pantry was stocked, the most well stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend, well worth the cost.

My husband and I had the best time! The place was perfect for us and our dogs loved it. The amenities and the extra special little touches that Trudy provides make the stay very enjoyable. It’s quiet, lots of wildlife, beautiful surroundings. The house was absolutely spotless upon entry and all that she includes shows that she goes way above and beyond for her guests. The place is outstanding. You can see the amount of time she put into all the little things that she didn’t have to. Joey and Trudy provided an exceptional experience and we’ve already booked our next trip back!! Thank you!!!

The location was excellent. We unfortunately had terrible weather and spent more time inside than what we anticipated but that was no problem since the home was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable.

What a beautiful home in a wonderful location. Very quiet neighborhood. the property had a deck in the front and rear of the house with natures views or privacy. Beds are firm mattress, so you might bring a memory foam mattress if you require softer bed. My wife really enjoyed talking the hosts on our last day and will give you recommendations if you ask them.
