Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tōkai Region

This place was great! I am so thankful for the pictures and documentation on how to find the place. If it wasn’t for the pictures I would not have found it. Stairs are narrow so be careful climbing. The place can get a bit humid so make sure you have the fans on. The place is very very peaceful, the neighborhood is so quiet. It makes you make sure you arnt too loud. The family mart 7-eleven and many other restaurants are very close by. I felt very safe walking at night. This place was amazing and I’d stay here again.

all around great place with easy access to the station

The host was very accommodating. If I needed something, I asked and they took care of it. We felt right at home.

We loved staying at Ash and Tracy’s place. It was cosy and had everything we could possibly need, like being in your own home. It was small and the train noise was persistent, but the location was fantastic and we loved the easy walk to Yoyogi Park and all the restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It is close to Gifu Hashima Station, which stops on the Shinkansen. There is also a convenience store and drug store nearby within walking distance. The facilities are new and beautiful, so you can have a good stay. The TV was a projector and Amazon Prime was free. I loved the tatami room and being able to sleep on the futon. If you have a car, not only Gifu Shiga is based here, but also Tsuruga, Hida Takayama, and Nagoya, so it's good. Thank you again. Lay

Clean apartment, everything worked out. Only minus is that no shower and walls are quite thin, so you wake up for street noices in the morning. Wallace was very helpful host!

Had an amazing stay, great views

The room was really clean, and I could feel the owner's care in the details. Every detail is wonderful, and I am really grateful to be able to stay in such a nice home. All the equipment and fixtures were in place, and there was nothing lacking. I also liked the surrounding environment. And I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused by breaking the refrigerator shelf.🥹 Thank you!

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

Jinemon’s place is surreal, right by a busy main road but the moment you enter it it feels like walking into a personal art museum. It’s uniquely beautiful but also perfectly functional with all the amenities you need. The little garden and balcony on 2nd floor is a nice additional touch. The location is good - walkable to a few most worthy temples in the north of Kyoto while so close to a bus stop that connects you to the center of the city. The neighborhood itself is quiet but not without gems to be explored, cute bakeries, izakayas, etc. Jinemon is very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. I’d love to come back if I travel with family and friends again to Kyoto.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Very fun and beautiful place. You can tell that they took a lot of time and planning to create the layout and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked.

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

Three generations and five of us stayed.The staff were friendly, flexible, thoughtful, but not overly sophisticated balance, and both elderly parents and children were very relaxed and enjoyed from the beginning.There are two rooms on the second floor, up the stairs from the first floor where the restaurant and cafe are located.The room was spacious, simple and modern, and the bedding and amenities felt comfortable to use and considerate of the environment.The room had a full glass ocean view, and on the balcony, we had a relaxing and luxurious time lying on the sofa while listening to the night breeze, the sound of insects, and the sound of the sea.The area around the kitchen is necessary and well-maintained, so you can bring ingredients and condiments to cook.You may also be able to borrow knives.At night on the sandy beach, you can take a quiet walk in the morning, and the water bus comes out in front of you, and the center of Shimizu is also just a short walk away.The restaurant on the ground floor also had a good atmosphere, and Marine Sports seemed to be fun.I'd love to stay next time.

I am so satisfied that I want to use it for my next trip!! First of all, the host responded really quickly, and the guidance was accurate, so it was easy to use! Although it's located in a residential area, there are convenience stores and drug stores nearby, so it was good to eat and drink water! It was so nice to rent a car and have free parking! I recommend it ~!

It was a good base to discover the Japanese Alps. Nice coffee shop around the corner and close to the buses to go to the nature parks. The accommodation itself was pleasant and spacious.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay—surrounded by nature and filled with an incredible sense of peace, accompanied by the gentle sound of birds and a flowing river. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice; the property is even more beautiful in person, and I’m so glad we chose it. Eriko was a fantastic host, always attentive and thoughtful. We walked to an onsen just 10 minutes away, which was an amazing experience. The private onsen on the property was perfect for my little girls (5 and 7 years old), and enjoying breakfast on the balcony with the sound of the river in the background felt absolutely magical. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hakone.
