The former chipboard factory once built sauna and accommodation facilities for its guests on the shores of Lake Orivesi. The main house is about 150 square meters. After that, an atmospheric hut, a peat-roofed smoke sauna and a cozy lean-to have been built there. In addition to the main house and the hut, you can rent a pre-heated smoke sauna or a lean-to for an additional fee. Beautiful, well-kept terrain, where you move along logs between different places. One dock is for swimming and the other for sunbathing or yoga.

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If needed, we can also convert the sofa bed in the fireplace room into a bed (80 x 200 cm). There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

A beach cottage in a great location on the shores of the clear-watered and fish-filled Höytiäinen. Close to the golf course, a wide range of outdoor activities in both summer and winter. Ski trail next to it. 50 km to Koli, 20 km to Joensuu. 8 km to the center of Kontiolahti. In Kontiolahti, there is a lively harbor in the summer, with a café and activities on weekends.
