Guests have access to the entire cabin, which includes sleeping areas for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. Extra bed option for two with 10 cm mattresses. The kitchen is retro, but with modern appliances. The toilet is small but clean and tidy. The shower rooms are downstairs, shared with the other apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with a fragrance-free detergent and tumble dried.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Perinteisessä mökissämme on tupa, keittiö, 2 makuualkovia ja sauna. Lomaillessasi voit istahtaa terassille nauttimaan järvimaisemasta tai lukea kirjaa riippumatossa loikoillen. Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. Tervetuloa lomailemaan! Mökki sijaitsee Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselän kierros ja Liperi Leipäpitäjä -pyöräilyreittien varrella.

Although our small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential property, here you will find peace, nature, privacy and beautiful scenery. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the water. What's more, the location is perfect for remote working! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

★Fully renovated apartment in the center of Joensuu★

A cozy 55.5 square meter triangle in the center of Joensuu, close to the main library, Arena and the university. The nearest grocery store is just 100 meters away. Sleeps six people. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, but not on the ground floor. The equipment includes towels, bed linen, soap, hair dryer, drying washing machine, basic cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, coffee and kettle, toaster, 55-inch smart TV and WiFi.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Air-conditioned and with a sauna, close to the central hospital

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and sauna is located close to the central hospital and the AMK campuses. Parking space. Check-in is effortless thanks to the key box. The beds in the two bedrooms are ready-made and the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for a third person. In the kitchen cabinets you will find coffee, tea, spices, etc. for our guests. In summer, you can enjoy coffee on your own terrace!
