On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. The upper floor contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea view, a smaller bedroom with two beds, a living room with a bed and a toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Skärhamn square and Södra harbor are about 1 km from the accommodation. The community's only grocery store is about 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Around the corner is Toftenäs nice nature reserve with a beautiful hike among cliffs, pastures and sea.
