Asija's place is truly in the most fantastic location. To be fair it is compact and basic, with really steep ladder-stairs - not a place for small kids or grandparents! Air Conditioning upstairs was a bonus. This place is set-up for outside living, with large outdoor patio area. With Lustica Bay right there, our kids - 10 and 15 - spent so much time jumping in off the jetty, swimming, snorkelling, catching crabs they didn't even miss the internet - bliss. There's parking and within a very short drive you have beaches (try Blue Horizons beach on the Adriatic), Tivat and Kotor. It was a pleasure dealing with Asija, quick clear comms with meet and greet organised for us at arrival. Overall, we had a really relaxing stay in this super location and will keep wonderful memories of staying here. Thanks Asija!

We had a great time with Nena and Toza during our stay. They are very kind people, and made us feel right at home. They take great care to make sure everything is ok during the stay and are very helpful with anything you need. Would highly recommend their place if you are visiting Montenegro.

Communication with Danijela was very good right from the start. She offered to help and promised that her husband and her will assist us with everything they can. Danijela and her family live above the apartment and check-in was smooth. From the moment we met Danijela and her husband, we felt at home, like with our family. They were extremely kind, warm, hospitable and did their utmost to assist us and make us feel good. They invited us for a drink at their home and we met her lovely kids who speak English and had their parents' manners. We got a better apartment then the one we booked, spotlessly clean, spacious with 2 double beds and a nice kitchen. Needless to say, we got all the amenities we needed. Danijela's husband advised us a lot about where to go in the whole area. The place has parking, location is just 5 min walk from Kotor's old town, nearby there is a good restaurant (Galian), supermarket and great family-run BBQ restaurant. If you're heading to Kotor, do choose this place! We felt a bit sad to leave.

Ivan is a super host who will fix everything what you need during your holiday! The apartment is maybe even nicer than in pictures with that amazing views from the balcony!!! Only two minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend this place!!!

Petar is een vriendelijke en betrokken verhuurder. Hij neemt tijd voor je om tips te geven over de omgeving. Dit zorgde er voor mij voor dat ik heerlijk en betaalbaar heb kunnen eten, dat ik een onvergetelijke en relaxte boottocht heb gehad (Petar liep ‘‘s morgens om 8.30 uur met me mee naar de opstapplaats) en dat ik, tijdens het welkom, heb mogen genieten van heerlijke zelfgebrouwen borrels. Fijn om je zo welkom te voelen. Dank je wel Petra voor je mooie accommodatie en je oprechte betrokkenheid. Antwan.

dziekujemy Marko i jego rodzinie za udane wakacje. spędziliśmy w apartamencie 2 tygodnie. Było bardzo wygodnie i miło. Gospodarz jest super przyjazny i pomocny. okolica cicha, idealna dla rodzin z dziećmi. w bliskiej odległości od Herceg Novi i innych wartych zobaczenia miejsc. świetna opcja, gdy chce się polaczyc zwiedzanie Czarnogóry, Chorwacji i Bośni. Apartament był dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach, czysty i przytulny, adekwatny do ceny. kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. na tarasie miejsce do grillowania. z całego serca polecamy!

swietny gospodarz i wspaniala lokalizacja. pokój czysty i przestronny. wszystko jak w opisie. W prezencie od gospodarza dostaliśmy wspaniałe wino własnej roboty i pyszny winogron. Polecam!!!

we hebben enorm genoten; de omgeving (net buiten Kotor) vonden we heerlijk, rustige sfeer, genoeg te doen en aan het water (elke dag zwemmen!). De communicatie met Vera ging goed en ze had leuke tips voor dingen te doen en plekken om te eten. De ruimte is niet groot maar goed ingedeeld, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. kortom: een aanrader!

This house is truly beautiful and very functional. The hosts have thoughtfully considered everything and provided all the essential items you might need. The only thing is that the pool could be a bit cleaner, but it’s understandable given that it’s surrounded by greenery.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool, piece and quite surrounding, 15 minutes by car to Budva city center, 5 minutes to Jaz beach, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, airconditioning in all rooms, fast and easy communication with the host, she was very helpful and flexible, I absolutely recommend this place.

Logement bien situé, proche de Kotor. Propre. Cadre très agréable, jardin pratique pour les enfants. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et discrets. Ils nous ont offert un jus à notre arrivée et une boîte remplie de figues, cueillies de leur jardin, pour notre départ. Entrée indépendante, stationnement pratique au pied de la maison. Merci pour ce petit moment agréable.

Victor picked us from the airport, we found him waiting for us, took us to the bank to change money and to the supermarket to buy groceries. we arrived at the house and it was clean, the pool stood out for us and it was basically just for us, the kids really enjoyed it. Victor took us to Budva town and picked us up, he would always take us to the beach and back home for free. even though he language was a barrier he made use of the translator which made everything easier. He woke up early and took us to the airport, we enjoyed the grapes even had a barbecue. we will definitely stay there again, Thank you Victor

it was best host ever in our holiday trip. they're kind, intelligent. room was really clean and location was very good. it was just 15 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to center.

A brilliant apartment for a group of friends! We stayed a week and had a lovely time, just a 15 minute easy stroll to the seafront. Right opposite a big supermarket which was very convenient. Rooms all well air conditioned and showers all worked well. Kitchen only quailed for simple cooling. Overall, a great place to stay. Thanks to Olga.

Beautiful studio very close to city center. We really appreciate the early check-in since we gave a little advice to Andrija, who answered us immediately. Everything clean. From there you can reach both the beach and the city center with a very short walk.

Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!

Helga’s place was perfect. She runs a few unit in the same building and they are all good. Helga was super accommodating and communicated clearly. She even offered to do my laundry. Thanks Helga

Very happy with Majda’s apartment. It was just as described, a stunning view out over the bay (the balcony was my favourite place) and all very clean and tidy. Majda was also always very quick to respond to any messages and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from her. The only thing I would say is that there was a faint smell of cigarettes when we first arrived, however after a couple of days of airing out it did fade (or we got used to it). Smoking in Montenegro is very popular so not necessarily surprised, just not a smell we personally wanted. Location wise we were very happy with it, we personally preferred being outside of Kotor which is very busy, as well as anyway from the main road and constant car noise. It is a very good base if you’re happy to either drive into Kotor or can cope with the walk (we didn’t personally walk due to the high heat, but it definitely would have been possible). Overall, would definitely recommend Majda’s apartment!

Nous avons été accueillis par la soeur d'Ana, qui a été très gentille avec une petite attention particulière pour notre fille :) Nous y avons passé une nuit, l'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, et la terrasse est très agréable ! Encore merci à Iva pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse !

This place was very close to the beach. Super clean and lots of room for two people. The host Marija was very friendly and kind. Would stay here again.
