The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Fantastyczny widok z dużego tarasu. Mieszkanie w rzeczywistości ładniejsze niż na zdjęciach.

It's always nice to back! The place is amazing, the apartments are clean and cozy. Nice view .The woman who takes care of the apartments is always friendly to help. I recommend this place.Always have a good time here'll definitely get it again. :)

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Dimitris Residence. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten. Das Apartment war äusserst komfortabel, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Flughafen Tivat ist zudem nur fünf Minuten entfernt, was die An- und Abreise sehr bequem macht. Ich kann Dimitris Residence wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The stay at Anabellas place was great. She wasnt home while I stayed there but she responded quickly to my messages. Both Check-in and check-out were very good. The room was nice and clean as was the bathroom. I‘ll definitely come back if I‘m ever again in Tivat.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Dimitris residence, the room was as even more beautiful in person with air con which was a massive bonus for us. All the staff were very attentive and even provided transport for us upon asking, nothing was ever too much for the staff! Would 100% recommend and would definitely return!

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to share the fabulous experience I had with Dimitris residence. The best accommodation stay experience I’ve had by far. The staff made our stay 10/10. They were super helpful with our requests and different needs some which were last minute. The staff at Dimitris Residences are excellent. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the facility is very well managed. The pool area is nice and there is a patio for use outside. Overall, the location is convenient, and parking is no problem, which is important for the entire region. As a traveler throughout Europe, I would strongly recommend this location for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Dimitris exceeded expectations. The apartment is large, clean and well set out. The kitchens are well stocked and the location is perfect with a swimming beach really close by and the marina within walking distance. What truely made this place stand out though was all the staff. They were all so incredible, so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. Our family are travelling Europe this year and this would be the most friendly staff we have come across.

Jelena was great host, super kind and helpfull. location is good very close to oldtown. there is so much restaurants around there and market accross the road.
