Great place to stay; clean, tidy, lots of room, quiet, great location. Everything was perfect.

first time using air b&b and a great experience. sarah provided instructions on how to find the property which had great detail (and photos) to make it a simple and stress-free start to our break away. cottage was exactly as pictured online. clean, tidy and beautifully presented throughout. we loved how the property was cute, cosy and tucked away down cobbled streets, but was ideally located within walking distance of everything Leek has to offer. a great base for a relaxing weekend. thank you again, Sarah 🙂

Amazing place to stay, I will always recommend as we are returning guests and we shall be returning in May and August.self check in which we love due to our social anxieties but the host is there always if you need them for any help. There is a folder about the area and recommendations to cafes/pubs around the area which is so helpful. There is also a few pages about the animals and their names which I loved. On arrival you also have free range eggs which i think is a lovely touch. just a beautiful place with all the very friendly animals, including a sheep which kept talking to my daughter. The place is always spotless and ready for guests, the bed is like a marshmallow I've never fallen asleep so quick. so this place is just a home from home now and I look forward to more trips here.
