Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Charming cottage with a fantastic atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 metres to the forest and 800 metres to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and access to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The house is in a quiet location, close to panoramic views of the sea and beach. Fantastically quiet area with access to a hot tub or shower and sauna, washer and dryer. Two toilets. Three terraces in the garden. The third is covered with lounge atmosphere. Trampoline and BBQ The living/dining room has a wood stove, fibernet, and a TV with Chromecast.

Here you sleep good dinner naps and sip coffee in the shade🌳🌞 The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet summerhouse neighborhood. The garden is a natural plot with old trees. The creek runs along the garden. Follow it for a cozy trip of about 900 meters - and you are on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.
