We offer you a newly built Schwaderbach Apartment in the heart of the rugged mountains in the small mountain village of Bublava. The apartment is part of a family house, however it has its own entrance and terrace. There is an entrance to the terrace from the parking lot, which is located right next to the house, and from the balcony door in the kitchen and living room. On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area, the possibility of providing a grill. From the terrace you have a view directly over the meadow, where horses and forests are often grazing, from this side you can see the sunset beautifully.

In the modernly developed former stable of a 300-year-old courtyard in an absolutely secluded location, you can expect pure tranquility. Located at the end of a gravel path in the Bavarian forest, fantastic sunrises and sunsets included. Completely renovated in 2023: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, with fibre optic connection and solar power. Enjoy time away from the farm – with access to the fireplace room and large event kitchen in the main building. Optional: DB shuttle & solar power for the e-car.

Das Lighthouse (80qm) es ist lichtdurchflutet und hat durch seine offene Decke ein großzügiges Raumgefühl, eine wahre Wohlfühloase. Die Einrichtung ist modern und luxuriös mit liebevollen Details. Das Traumbad ist mit Infrarotsauna, Whirlpoolwanne und Dusche ausgestattet. Die offene Küche hat einen Essbereich. Die Terrasse ist vom WohnZi und vom SchlafZi zugängig. Hier hat man einen Ausblick auf den Garten. Hunde können hier leider nicht wohnen, da unser Hund unfreundlich zu anderen Hunden ist.

Bergäcker vacation home

The modern vacation bungalow built at the end of 2021 offers you every comfort. It is planned according to the 18018025-2 and therefore also offers wheelchair users plenty of space and comfort without restrictions. The kitchen is fully equipped and we provide you with drinks and nibbles at reasonable prices. Bed linen, towels and cosmetic products are at your disposal free of charge. Attention, the outdoor area has not yet been completed. The access to the house currently has one more step.

Apartment in Plané

Both individuals and a large family will find comfort in this spacious and unique accommodation. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with a washing machine, towels and detergents. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, appliances, including a dishwasher, and basic food. Bed linen is included. Possibility of renting bicycles. - 3 km to the Chodovar Brewery in Chodová Planá - 12 km Mariánské Lázně - the apartment is connected by a bike path to Mariánské Lázně

Cozy cottage at the Künstlerhof

This little hut is an idyll for everyone who likes it simple. The couch can be pulled out, so the hut would be suitable for e.g. Suitable for families. The direct access to the outside is particularly attractive for our guests and a small terrace invites you to linger and relax. The hut is heated with an oven. A spacious kitchen and bathroom are located across the courtyard in the main house. The kitchen can possibly also be used by guests of the holiday apartment.

Herzlich willkommen im Fichtelgebirge bei Kirchenlamitz in der Ferienwohnung Oberschieda Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock unseres Hauses und ist ideal für Familien und Erholungssuchende. Unser Haus liegt mitten im Grünen in idyllischer Alleinlage am Waldrand. Auf unserem umfangreichen Areal (nicht umzäunt) stehen unseren Gästen ein Grill, ein Parkplatz oder Garage direkt neben dem Haus und den Kindern eine Schaukel und ein Sandspielkasten zur Verfügung.

Overnight stay in the barn like in the old days

Overnight in the 65sqm large former threshing floor. The building is over 200 years old. The room is equipped with a large bed, a (sleeping)sofa, table with bench and chair and an old ear chair. The large wooden gate is open, so you can look from the bed into the expanses of the green landscape or watch the starry sky. The bathroom is 20m away in the main house and may have to be used when occupying my glasshouse "Sternblick" with 1-2 other guests.

Hunde sind bei uns sehr willkommen. Unser Bungalow wurde vor 5 Jahren komplett saniert und lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Bäder, Thermen, Skipisten, Rad- & Wanderwege erreichst du entweder direkt vor der Haustür oder mit weniger Kilometern mit dem Auto oder mit dem ÖPNV.
