Welcome to our new lovely cabin at Gaustablikk with wonderful panoramic views and great location. The cottage is owned by 2 Danish families who have decorated the cottage with a focus on creating the most cozy setting for ourselves and our guests. The cabin is from 2021, it is beautifully situated in the terrain overlooking Gaustatoppen and has the forest as its closest neighbour. There is a short distance to the alpine slopes and cross-country trails. There is a ski out directly from the cabin and ski in requires only a short walk of about 300 metres.

At 920 meters above sea level, you will have a fantastic view of Gaustatoppen, peaceful surroundings, and very good sun conditions from morning to evening. A short distance to Snaufjellet, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming, and cross-country skiing, as well as mountain farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage of Rjukan, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gaustablikk Skisenter is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquility, nature, views and great experiences all year round.

Welcome to a mountain cabin with panoramic views in beautiful Tuddal. On the sunny side of Gaustatoppen. Close to nice hiking areas, summer and winter. Near the cabin there is a gapahuk, a fishing place that is suitable for everyone. The cabin is close to Tuddal Høyfjell Hotel which is known for its good food and microbrewery with sales of local beer and home baked bread products. Particularly unique is perhaps Gaustatoppen, which is a nice hike up either on foot or by taking the Gaustabanen that goes to the mountain top.

Experience the sun in the square from the sun mirror, the stone network on Hardangervidda, a discovery tour to explore the architecture in the city, take the Krossobanen up to Hardangervidda, the Industrial Workers' Museum and the heavy water production at Vemork or try Gausta ski center and Gaustabanen up to Gaustatoppen (or a great walk).
