Cosy firehouse/bakery from 1850. The cabin has been converted into an annex/small cabin with one room with a double bed. Dining area inside. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas hob. Barbecue. Bathroom in the neighbouring building. The duvet and pillow are in the cabin. Bed linen must be ordered additionally for NOK 150 per person. It is a short distance to the mountains, Tinnsjøen, bike rides and hikes in the surrounding area. In summer, you can swim and fish in the river just below. The tourist municipality offers varied experiences and activities for everyone.

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Homey with everything you need for a pleasant visit to Rjukan. Walk 1 min to shops, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants. Bakery a few meters away from the doorstep. Rjukanbadet 10 minutes walking distance. Leave the car in the free parking right outside the door. Free Mountain Bus takes you to Gausta/Gaustatoppen only 20 minutes away. The apartment is located in the middle of the city center but still withdrawn from the main street.

Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Other basic items are in the cabin!
