Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Cozy cottage in the countryside near Skara Sommarland

Enjoy the quiet of the countryside in this classic red cottage. The cottage is located on our property where there is another residential house. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you sit back and enjoy the forest next door as well as the view of the lake Vristulven. Enjoy a hot tub in the jacuzzi or a peaceful moment down on the dock. Here you rent the guest house for 2 people with a sleeping loft as well as a sofa bed and simple kitchen. On the property, there is also the living room that can be rented, but it is not rented out at the same time as the guest house. So you live on the property yourself. Free access to the deck, jetty, boat and jacuzzi.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Welcome to our guest house dating back to the 19th century, located in Låstad between Skövde and Mariestad. Experience scenic views with evening sun until the sun sets on the horizon. There are plenty of activities within reach. Child-friendly swimming in the lake Vristulven 4 km away, 25 min to Skara Sommarland, 30 min to Sjötorp Göta kanal, 15 min to Mariestad harbor and lake Vänern. 20-30 min to the mountains Billingen and Kinnnekulle, 20 min to the monastery church built 1150 in Varnhem.

Cecilia's B&B

Rural located accommodation. High cozy factor. Breakfast with homemade bread can be purchased. Evening meals can usually be arranged, talk to Cecilia! Children eat for free with me! No running water. No shower. Washing may be done with a washcloth in the old way. No toilet, but well one urine separating outhouse with old royalty on the walls. Amazing surroundings with no less than four nature reserves within walking distance! And a waterfall! Many nice excursions in the nearby area.

A large countryside home on a farm perfect for large families or a stay with friends. House style is preserved from the seventies with several rooms, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms rebuilt. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer as well as utensils. Two TV-rooms with basic Swedish channels equipped with chromecast and unlimited WiFi. A large yard is available with furniture and coal grill. Bed sheets is not included. Bring your own.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is connected to our small farm. The cottage is located in a village with proximity to hiking and biking trails, golf courses and Skara summerland. We recommend a visit to Karlsfors Farm with its interior design shop, art exhibition and café at the monastery with bakery, as well as Silverfallet with its varied and lovely nature. All bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.
