Apartment in the city center of Houdan and less than a 10min walk from the train station Completely renovated in 2025, the apartment is composed of: - 2 bedrooms ( one 140 bed and one queen bed) -A bathroom with bathtub - A separate toilet -A fully equipped 5m kitchen -A lounge / dining / sofa bed area Due to its location, the apartment is very bright. And in the evening, very "cozy". On the cul-de-sac side is very quiet and on the opposite side, you can enjoy a view of the trees.

Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

Welcome to the Gîte du Persil! The 25 m2 studio, in the quiet countryside, is perfectly suited for a couple. It is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sofa bed, a TV and an equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle). Secure parking space. This room is furnished so that you can feel good, there are no common areas.

This pleasant and peaceful accommodation welcomes you alone and/or up to 4 people. It has a new and fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle...) Upstairs, two bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 200), a shower room, a separate toilet (bed linen and towels provided). Possibility to enjoy the outdoors and the garden.
