Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

In the first dunes, a beautiful newly renovated holiday home is rented in the Agger Tange holiday center. The area is part of Thy and Cold Hawaii National Park. Come and experience the at times roaring North Sea, good fishing opportunities and good hiking/running trails. Free access to pool, from Easter week 42 minigolf, tennis court and playground. Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be put together to double bed. Lovely bathroom w/shower. Kitchen which is combined with the living roomwhere there is new furniture and sofa bed. The place is located 150 meters from the fjord and the most beautiful view of the Limfjord and the North Sea. Close to Thy National Park, Vestervig, and Agger. An agreement has been made with Sydthy swimming pool that it is free to come and bathe there, just bring the key with the house number.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!

In connection with the apartment, there is the holiday center, which offers an indoor pool and sauna. Outside there is a playground, tennis court, and mini golf. All of this is for free use. The town of Agger offers small cozy eateries, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurant with venue. Denmark's largest national park is right at your doorstep, where there is a rich bird life.

Midtby is a 20-minute walk along a beautiful beach road with a good bike path. In the city there is a high quality of shops, restaurants, cafes, fish shop, butcher, cheese shop and street food. The beautiful North Sea is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment♥️♥️

Apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is sleeping space for 4 people. There is free access to the swimming pool with, among other things, a hot tub and children's pool. There is a play basement, bouncy castle, playgrounds, tennis courts and beach volleyball courts. The apartment is located about 2 km from Lemvig – in beautiful nature, close to the water and Lemvig Golf Club. There is a charging station for cars in connection with the holiday center.
