Monthly Rentals in Three Tree Point

Our experience at Catherine's house was amazing. The view, spectacular. The beds were very comfy. There were lots of dishes, glasses and stocked with all the things one would need. Also, we loved the Chihuly homage art installation above the guest shower, the one on the 2nd floor. My only knock was that on arrival from the long winding garden path parking space-- not the easier access at the green front door from the angled parking spaces-- I tried the broken lockbox, which IMO should be removed. After communicating with the host, the real lockbox worked like a dream! There are two entrances, which makes sense now but in the cold, rainy, freezing weather near dark March at 5pm... it was a challenge. But after that... the place was 100% WORTH IT. We had the best time and I hope to visit again soon. It is right on the beach and we saw starfish. The local grocer was super cute too.

Great place to stay, every close to airport. Suzana is very nice! She spent time talking with me about this neighborhood and showed us things to do around here. I am impressed by the kitchen view to the ocean and outdoor space. feel very peaceful and calm to stay in this neighborhood. I definitely want to come back. Highly recommend!

We had the absolute time at Dave and Eileen’s cottage! The view is truly spectacular and never got old over our 4 day stay. We hot tubbed every day and couldn’t have had a more relaxing stay. Dave was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The place was very welcoming and clean also quiet at night. Jason is very helpful and responsive it was a great stay!!
