Welcome home! Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

The Garden House is only 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle and a 10 min drive from the airport. Plus a short 5 minute drive from a gorgeous NW beach! It comfortably accommodates a family of four with a top of the line, luxury king size bed in the bedroom and pull out queen day bed in the living area. This is a fully functioning private home with kitchen & laundry! Sip your coffee as you watch the chickens and bunnies frolic in the yard space. Plenty of parking available. Great for families!

This was one of the best stay experiences. The home photos don’t do it justice it’s airy open and larger than I thought which was great and part of nature and so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The construction and design makes it so much more than a cabin… felt like home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Easy access to Seattle water taxi for the day and to hop on the ferry from the island to South worth. Host was great!

Yessss! This place was just perfect, and seriously...her duckies were the cutest bonus ever! 🦆 The location? A total dream...super easy to get into Seattle and a breeze to the airport, which was such a win! This was my very first time staying on the same property as the owner, and I gotta say, I would 100% do it again if it's with Christine! It felt completely like our own little 'Tiny Home' getaway. So, so comfortable. And Christine? What a great communicator! She was on top of everything, even letting us know it was going to be hot and popping in a portable AC to keep us cool. Such a thoughtful touch! We will absolutely be staying here again! Good vibes all around!
