Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters and we loved it! Perfect location and clear instructions. The house is spacious and it’s nice that it’s a separate private area. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

A historic home in a beautiful, quiet Pasadena neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. Easy breezy checking in and checking out. Lots to do in the area. A perfect stay!

Wendy's place was perfect place for me, my wife, and toddler to stay. Our bungalow was tucked in the back and there plenty of areas to sit outside. The place felt quiet and secluded even though it was a very easy walk to Redondo Pier. Street parking was very easy, the bed was comfy, and it was a great value. We'd stay here again for sure

This is a really solid unit, perfectly appointed with all necessities! It is easily accessible to studios and downtown Burbank. Would certainly stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

Wonderful stay! Place was so clean and as described. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and slept so well and just felt at home. The outside space is also beautiful with a beautiful pool. While it was too cold for me to swim I relaxed outside and read my book and enjoyed the space. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful bungalow with amazing views! You will feel like you're tucked away on a wooded hillside even though you're only 5 minutes away from Ventura Blvd. This was our first trip to LA and we found the location perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Alina is a thoughtful host and we felt very comfortable during our stay-- would book again!

Jayes and his family are the best hosts. They have become an extended family being at their place every couple of months for the past two years when visiting my children in Simi Valley is a blessing and joy. Thank you for everything 🌸🤍

A great homey place to stay! Very clean and peaceful neighborhood

It was such a relief to find Ed’s amazing spot last minute after having to leave an unsuitable air bnb I had booked much earlier. Ed was super responsive and friendly, let me use the laundry, and even accommodated an extra night stay. The place itself is actually very big, lots of fun tv, and is in an amazing neighbourhood. I will totes be back and highly recommend :)

Great value for the location. I had a wonderful stay at G's Laurel Canyon guest studio. The setting is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, nature-rich, felt safe, and still just minutes from West Hollywood. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the decor was stylish and cozy. It’s a great value for the location. The host, G, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make me comfortable while I was recovering from surgery. Easy self check-in and check-out made everything seamless. The only thing to keep in mind is potential spotty cell phone service. It gave me an excuse to venture beneath the Canyon to get better connection :-) Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive to Santa Monica, close to everything in Los Angeles, and even convenient for a day trip to Catalina Island. The home itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to explore the city or unwind, this place is a great choice. Mohamady was also extremely responsive and helpful!! He also lets you park in the driveway which is fantastic!! Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again!!

We’ve stayed a few times at Bertha’s. It’s always the place we look for when traveling to the Burbank/Los Angeles area. The price is great and it’s a major plus that she is pet friendly. We always bring our dog with us when traveling so it’s a must. I would highly recommend Bertha’s place to anyone and we look forward to staying again. Thanks Bertha!

The stay was awesome! It honestly looked just like the photos. Not one time did I think that the views or house was underwhelming or not portrayed well in the photos.
