Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Gary's home may be one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed at, and he certainly had the best instructions/directions of any place I've been. The pool/spa are rather complicated to set up, but with his clear labeling and step-by-step folder, it was a cinch. It must be the most beautifully designed private pool I've ever seen; my kids and Mom had such a wonderful time that aside from the obligations that brought us in town, they didn't want to leave the AirBnB at all. There's a beautiful lemon tree in the back, complete with picker, and my son was thrilled to pick lemons and we made our own lemonade to drink while swimming. The home is beautifully decorated and feels so comfortable. My Mom is on the picky side and she didn't have a word of criticism. I don't recall how the price compared to other places in the area, but I don't regret the money I spent one bit. It was a lovely break and oasis.

We were a group of 6 (three adults, three teens) and this house was perfect for us! Although it could easily sleep 8. We loved the pool and the hot tub, the backyard was beautiful! We requested that the pool be heated (fair fee) and it was the perfect temperature for the kids on a weekend that was not too warm. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, baggies(things that are not always included with Airbnb's). We were able to find everything we needed during our stay. The coffee/wine bar was such a cute addition. The TV's were easy to use, there is even one outside. Tom and Chris were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean and quiet! Close to groceries and the 101. Great neighborhoods to walk. Highly recommended.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

This was the best stay I’ve had!! Everything about the experience was amazing!! Marcelo was very accommodating with a last minute booking and I even extended my stay. The place was exactly what I needed for me and my two dogs. The yard is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The living quarters were super comfortable and clean. I feel fortunate to have been able to stay at this gem. It truly was the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Marcelo and family! The best hosts!!!

We really appreciated the extra blankets and pillows—it’s those little touches that make a big difference. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals comfortably. Very nice little place with a lovely outdoor space and fountain for relaxing. Very private and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on. Place is like new.

We had a lovely stay. The view is beautiful! While the place is aging a bit, they've done a nice job with the decor! The couch downstairs is fantastic- big enough for two families to hang out on and very comfortable! Shawn was a wonderful communicator and the on-site staff were very friendly!

This place is incredible. Private and peaceful. It has one of the best views in the world and the sunsets are amazing. House has super interesting layout and is very comfy and dialed in. The driveway is a bit rough if you have a low suspension sports car but otherwise ok. Definitely a gem place. Thank you Larissa for being a wonderful host .

I hosted a bachelorette party at Soheil’s home and it was perfect! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and great amenities. We had everything we needed and Soheil was super accommodating and great to work with. Definite recommend this home!

The location is convenient, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Wonderful place to stay. Squeaky clean from bathrooms to garage. Lovely backyard. We were in town for a wedding and regret we didn't get to spend more time at the house. The amenities were more plentiful than at other Airbnbs. It was also very quiet. Shadi was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
