The Studio, near Stokesley

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Surround yourself with style in this standout space. Located in Marton-In-Cleveland this First Floor flat is a comfortable and stylish place to stay when visiting the North East. With easy access to James Cook University Hospital and other key areas around Middlesbrough it's ideal for those travelling for work. It's also a great base for people visiting family & friends with easy access to main roads such as the A174 & A19. Close to local shops and has 3 pubs within 10-15 mins walk.

Market view looks over the ancient and attractive market square with its old buildings and areas of interest. It is central for hotels, shops and scenic walks. You’ll love Market view because it is spacious, well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. There are a combination of small shops, offering art, clothing, and souvenirs. There is a great selection of hotels, pubs and tearooms. There is an excellent range of local food shops. Many scenic walks are on the doorstep. Babies welcome.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Sunday School - cosy & spacious in iconic building

The Sunday School is a spacious open plan studio apartment in the bottom of the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Staithes. It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Local shops, pubs and cafes are close by. We run Staithes Gallery so you can always find us if you need anything.

Perfect, cosy base.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

Cosy Cobbles

This beautiful apartment is refurbished to a high standard. It is comfortable, romantic and very self-contained. It is on the second floor, 2 floors above Cobbles coffee/ice cream and gift shop. There is a completely separate entrance for the apartment around the side of Cobbles. The views down the cobbled High Street to the front of the property are quaint and pretty. To the back there are stunning views over the Beck. Free WiFi is available too.

Providing a very cosy & comfortable stay, this quaint property is the perfect place to rest or play due to its fantastic location in the rural market town of Masham. The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster allowing you to cater for all your breakfast needs. Television and WiFi are available for you to enjoy. The bathroom comprises of a modern shower, toilet and sink. The room is situated in the garden of a private property.

Recently refurbished self-contained annexe on a small holding between the villages of Middleton Tyas and Barton. One mile from Scotch Corner, six miles from Richmond and Darlington. With its own entrance, it comprises a spacious open plan sitting/dining/ kitchen area and ensuite bedroom. Sleeps two adults in a king- sized bed.
