How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Martine is a wonderful and very friendly person. The studio is beautiful, and the view is amazing — in fact, it's even better and more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was planned for breakfast, and Martine is very flexible with schedules. I highly recommend this place, and I repeat: it is much more beautiful than in the photos.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally located for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not a problem, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I will rent it again to come and see my mother. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is very spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living spaces were bright and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. One of the highlights was the balcony — perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Sandrine was an excellent host — very responsive, kind, and available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a great time for two in this great studio at the foot of the slopes. The place is perfectly located and matches its description. Guillaume is very responsive and has perfectly explained everything we need for our arrival and stay to go smoothly. I would recommend this place if you want to have a great ski vacation.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few metres in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city centre. From our side, there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
