Nice independent house

Ideally located between Fontainebleau and Moret, within walking distance of the Champagne train station (direct trains, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, omnibus in the day from Paris) and the city center, this cottage is totally independent in a walled garden. Very comfortable for 2 people, but there is the possibility of sleeping 4 people thanks to the new BZ sofa in the living room. Bikers will be able to park their motorbikes safely and sheltered from strong winds.
