The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view of a quite special landscape. On starry nights, from the bed you can experience the starry sky through the studio windows in the roof. By day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and the fjord throws over the countryside. On the hillside behind the house there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the land behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good bathing conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment contains two rooms, living room with access to small balcony, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bed on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen contains stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, cooking pot – and of course various gear and dishes. Access to the washer/dryer can be arranged in the basement of the house. Entrance through the hallway of the house, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

"Cold Hawaii hinterland" About 4 km away very scenic activity park and a little further south is the very famous Skyum mountains, with great hikes, really beautiful. The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, as are the shopping and dunes plantations nearby. The house can be used both for holidays and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside where surfboards, bikes, golf equipment can be easily stored, etc. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.
