Right in the middle of Auvergne, in Peschadoires, 5 minutes from Exit No. 30 - Thiers Ouest of the A89 autoroute, I am pleased to welcome my guests to a 70 m² independent apartment, tastefully furnished, on the 1st floor of the family home, with a terrace along the river, a garden and a swimming pool. You can explore Thiers, the capital of cutlery, the ceramics of Lezoux, Vichy (30 minutes away), and Le Puy and Vulcania (1 hour away), or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and the greenery on site.

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

Our comfortable apartment is close to the capital of cutlery Thiers and the St Rémy sur Durolle lake, it will allow you to discover Puy de Dôme and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
