Right in the middle of Auvergne, in Peschadoires, 5 minutes from Exit No. 30 - Thiers Ouest of the A89 autoroute, I am pleased to welcome my guests to a 70 m² independent apartment, tastefully furnished, on the 1st floor of the family home, with a terrace along the river, a garden and a swimming pool. You can explore Thiers, the capital of cutlery, the ceramics of Lezoux, Vichy (30 minutes away), and Le Puy and Vulcania (1 hour away), or simply enjoy the peace and quiet and the greenery on site.

Come and take a break in this small, peaceful hamlet halfway between the villages of Ris and Chateldon… Located in the heart of the Auvergne countryside (at the foot of the Monts Bourbonnais and the Bois Noirs), in a green setting, for a return to nature and a reconnection with oneself. Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

100 m² apartment, completely renovated, in the very center of Clermont-Ferrand, a 5-minute walk from Place de Jaude, on a quiet street. Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the east-west facing apartment will allow you to enjoy a 25 m² terrace, as well as a view of the cathedral. Parking is included in a garage. Please check the dimensions of the garage in the description. The central location of the apartment will allow you to easily visit our beautiful region.

The very quiet environment enjoys large spaces and will allow travelers in search of serenity to reconnect with nature to the sound of croaking frogs and rooster crowing. The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

Thiers: Les Berauds gite

Atypical stone house completely renovated, in an old estate dating from the 15th century. Located in the middle of nature, quiet, but only a 5-minute drive to downtown Thiers, capital of cutlery, and all amenities. The gite is conveniently located for visiting Livradois-Forez. Guests will enjoy a terrace, garden and walled courtyard, not overlooked. Walks from the cottage, lake and aquatic center 10 minutes away.

Air-conditioned house in the countryside + terrace

Take a break and relax in this small house not far (10 min) from Lake Saint-Rémy and Thiers (10 min). Enjoy the outdoor area overlooking the forest and the Chaîne des Puys. A desire for nature, hiking or mountain biking are nearby. After a busy day, enjoy a video projector at your disposal: movie nights are yours! Important: bed linen and bath towels are not provided.

Welcome to Coutellina, a 42 m² two-room apartment located on the ground floor in a quiet building It includes a large terrace overlooking Thiers. Parking in front of the apartment is free. You can enter and exit the apartment whenever you like thanks to the connected lock. For those who are not used to connected locks, keys are available on request when booking.
