Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

Inside, you can enjoy yourself with the darts set, the table football and a wide range of board games. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, and on the second floor, there’s a large bedroom that will delight older children and can be converted into a dormitory if needed. The house has two furnished terraces.

In the heart of old Bernay, discover a charming, fully renovated apartment that combines authenticity and elegance. Access to the 2nd and top floor without a lift, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Some areas with reduced ceiling height, typical of the old buildings in Bernay.

Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.
