Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Thessaloniki

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitri's accommodation. Very nice house and great decor, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like, and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoying the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

Very nice apartment. Ground house in a relatively good neighborhood that has lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

The accommodation was great and the host very friendly as well as top communication. The location is not well suited for families with small children or people with disabilities, as the footpaths were non-existent, blocked by cars or full of rubbish. The apartment is difficult to access with a pram and suitcases, as two narrow stairs lead up. So, overall, everything is fine, as long as you are a good walker.

We had a lovely time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

Very nice and beautiful place

We stayed as a couple in May. This is a very compact flat with everything you need for a short stay. Although the space is compact, the flat has a very large, nice terrace with shades, which is very nice. The location is amazing, close to the central Aristotle Square, a few steps away from the sea, the flat is close to restaurants, bars, most places of interest. It can be a bit noisy at night due to bars on the street but once the double-glazed windows are shut, we were able to sleep peacefully. The hosts are very responsive, proactive and we didn't have any issues communicating. The internet speed was not good but the host told me that it is a temporary issue, however it was not resolved while we were staying. Very highly recommended.

Great studio ,totally renovated with modern and minimal details. Very clean it has everything you need for your stay in Thessaloniki. Big and nice bathroom with all the amenities. It has also a back yard if you want to sit outside and nice privacy. If you have car is a problem , as everywhere in the city, but this hasn't to do with the place it self. Many nice restaurants around, coffee shops, mini and super markets. Highly recommended

Everything about it was super. The accommodation is in the city center and everything is quite close and most places can be visited on foot. The city and its surroundings are well connected by bus. The only thing is that in the building itself, there was a little bit of bad air, but that has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment. The apartment is decent and well equipped with everything you need. The owner is kind, available and provides excellent and clear instructions. We especially liked the huge balcony with a great view. All in all, a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it for a shorter stay.

Beautiful place! The photos match reality. Theodoros and Elena are impeccable hosts! Always willing and polite! The private parking space in the backyard is a trump card of the space. When we left, we forgot something and after contacting Theodoros, he volunteered to mail it to us and at his own expense! We will definitely work together again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay at Panayiota’s apartment. Despite being located in a busy street, we appreciated the quietness of the apartment, as well as every other aspect of it (including the bed which was very comfortable). Everything you may need is just a few steps away from the apartment. The waterfront is just 10 minutes away walking, which made this place even more perfect. 100% recommended!

Ioanna was great, she welcomed us and showed us the house, explaining all the rules and giving us suggestions about what to do. The place is locate uphill, so it might be not for everyone, but taxis and ubers are always available if you are not willing/able to walk. The house was clean, well served with everything in the advertisement. Perfect for a couple of people, we would love to stay again here in the future!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in Thessaloniki! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the city centre, great museums, and vibrant neighbourhoods. The terrace is a real gem — perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a quiet evening. The host was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. Everything went perfectly smoothly — I had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great base for a city break in Thessaloniki. I would happily stay here again!

We had an excellent one week stay at Marianna's apartment, location centraly with the balcony view to Rotonda. Apartment is very spatious, it has 2 bedrooms and is fully equipped, kitchen has got anything you need, and nice is access to balcony from kitchen and rooms ! It is very clean and tidy ! We liked sun umbrellas on disposition (to take if going to beaches outside of Thessaloniki). Marianna is very nice host, always on disposition and answers fast, we appreciate flexibility a lot ! Recommendable 100% , great value in total !

It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a couple. The entire apartment is clean, the balcony is peaceful. It's located on a quiet street just over 10 minutes from the White Tower, from the port, close to all the shops and beautiful places like Agias Sofias and Aristote. The host is very accommodating!

The house is located in the old district of Thessaloniki, Ano Poli, very close to Atatürk's house. The area is very quiet. The host was very attentive and helpful. He met us on the road, showed us a private parking spot for our car, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. The house was very clean — the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. It had almost everything you would need in a home. As a kind gesture, the host had left breakfast items and drinks for us. We stayed for two nights and left very satisfied.
