Villa holiday rentals in Thessaloniki

Very large home with many separate areas. For example, if you arrive with 6 people (3 couples), it is possible for everyone to enjoy privacy. For example, each bedroom has a balcony. There is also a larger terrace downstairs. In the garden then other seating, a small football field and a playground. The property was maintained by the family every evening during our presence (watering flowers, watering lawn...). High-quality furniture in the living room. The beds are very comfortable. Baby cot available. Even baby bath lotion and wet wipes for babies were provided. Very extensive kitchen equipment. Not suitable with toddler. There is a stylish subdivision into two levels in the kitchen-living room via two steps. You can see it in the pictures. Unfortunately, we missed it and therefore had to "lock up" a little more elaborate for our one-year-old. We felt very comfortable!

We had a great stay at the house. It is located in a quiet street with a stunning view over sea and mountains. The big living room with two sofas is ideal for hanging out in the evening. We especially enjoyed the fireplace as well. Fully functioning kitchen where we cooked some of our meals. The next village with good dining options is only a few minutes by car away (down a hill). Host and her family were very friendly. Recommend!

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

The place was easy to find. Once we arrived, we were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. The apartment was wonderfully cool. The hostess already had chilled water in the fridge and biscuits and salties which was incredibly attentive. We could see the pool right away as soon as we opened the door to the our apartment. But what was especially nice was the silence, the sea and the beautiful surroundings. My family and I spent 12 wonderful days there at Agia Triada and have beautiful memories of this summer. Also many thanks for our hostess who we could text at all times and was always willing to help.

A very peaceful place surrounded by greenery. You wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning, and when you look through the window, you see a green area as far as it can get. It came from us to lie in the ferrets. Not close to downtown, you have to drive. It's like a page space. There is also a bakery nearby, the supermarket too. We had no trouble with any of our needs.

George is one of the kindest host I've ever met. His Villa creates best atmosphere for local Greek vacation. If you want to rest, swim and eat definitely recommend ❤️

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To be mentioned: In the same yard the hosts also stay, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same location. Thanks for everything!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.

The villa was just as advertised - a beautiful house with a fantastic pool in the middle of a peaceful green area.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

The house is really nice to stay in. We were two familys (4 adults, 3 children (age 1,2,6)). Beaches and Supermarket nearby. Very nice garden with outdoor bbq-place. We would all come again.

We stayed at Mike's villa with 4 people at the end of May. We found the villa very clean. It is furnished with everything the vacationer needs and also with valuable things that make the stay very pleasant. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the different ways to stay outside. The pool was still a little fresh at this time of year, but very clean and very welcoming for a longer stay with the loungers. We initially found the dogs in the neighborhood to be disruptive, but we also got used to it. Positive also the short walk around the beach and the possibilities of shopping nearby, as well as the short path to the highway. Thank you and best regards to Mike!

The welcoming host, received us with fruits, wine and cold water in the fridiger. Kitchen with all amenities. The location corresponded to the pictures, very clean. The pool is the piece of resistance, clean water. The house close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk) and a few local taverns where we ate very well. You find Lidl just 10 minutes by car.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the villa in Nea Moudania. Everything about the experience was perfect – from the warm welcome to the overall atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful person, very kind and attentive. The house itself is beautiful, with a stunning view and a fantastic pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had a lovely time in Kalma Villas! The view and the yard were wonderful, the house was very well decorated, clean and had everything we needed. It is also great for a trip with kids! My only small note for improvement would be to upgrade the wooden pergola in the back yard with something that would allow more shade during the afternoon and would protect from light rain as well. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The surroundings were great and there is a big supermarket very close by which was super convenient.

A great stay. It was nicer than the fotos suggest. A little drive or a nice 20-30 minute walk takes you to a cute town with restaurants etc… When in yard and by the pool, it’s not super private due to the other villas but it wasn’t unpleasant at all. We had access to the gym - which is was awesome + the gym was perfectly equipped with everything one could need. The host, Marios, was super responsive and helpful at all times. Overall great experience!

The hospitality was perfect The place is clean and tidy Eva is available anytime for any questions. The area itself is very inviting close to the sea and recreation areas. In summary, just perfect. Many thanks again to Eva
