Comfort and nature

For rent the loft of the house, which is located on the third floor (no elevator). There is a private bathroom in the space. The living room and kitchen are located on the first floor and are common areas. The house is located 5 km from airport, 1.5 km from waterland, and direct exit on the ring road to Thessaloniki (15 minutes the city) or to Halkidiki, 800 m from a conference center POLIS, easy access to IKEA and COSMOS. We are also 3 km from the monastery of Ag.Pasios.

The Rotonda loft

Sleeps one adult. It is a 10sqm autonomous apartment and we tried to make best use of the space. It's a 2 minute walk from the University campus, metro stations, bus stops and taxi stands to take you to the rest of Thessaloniki. There is no kitchen but there are a lot of take away restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Please note that due to the size of the apt, the bathroom is very small and there is no separate shower cabin, just a shower head as shown.

Located between 2 villages, in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, our attic guestroom offers a quiet stay in the countryside, ideal for people who love nature (and animals:). Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.

It has a large balcony to enjoy the coolness and the view of the city, especially during the summer months. The attic is located on the 6th and top floor of the building and is autonomous. It has air conditioning as well as autonomous gas heating.
