Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thessaloniki

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitri's accommodation. Very nice house and great decor, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like, and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoying the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

Very nice and friendly hosts, perfect if you are travelling with a baby, they have everything you might need. Is a 30 minute walk to the city center and you can also take a bus, all very accessible. Great place, definitely would like to come back.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

The accommodation was great and the host very friendly as well as top communication. The location is not well suited for families with small children or people with disabilities, as the footpaths were non-existent, blocked by cars or full of rubbish. The apartment is difficult to access with a pram and suitcases, as two narrow stairs lead up. So, overall, everything is fine, as long as you are a good walker.

The apartment was as described. it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. quick walk to the sea and local restaurants.

This was a wonderful place to stay, walking distance to the center of town with some open fields nearby, it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment had everything I needed and everything worked. Olga was warm and friendly. I would stay here again.

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

Very good price, decent and spotless apartment. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and the owner answered any questions we had (parking, pick-up/drop-off of keys, arrival time, etc.)

This was our second stay at Alegra in recent weeks and it was just as enjoyable as our first. Maximos was incredibly accommodating to our check in and check out, for which we are very grateful. Such a beautiful apartment so close to everything Thessaloniki has to offer. If we could score this place higher than the maximum rating, we would.

Great apartment, we felt very comfortable. The apartment is super thoughtfully equipped. Thanos gave us tips and was very friendly - we also got a homemade dessert. Check in and check out very flexible and uncomplicated. Perfect location. Many museums/attractions within walking distance. Underground in the area. Very good taverns and supermarket nearby. The garage was great, so we could leave the car during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Mary Grasia and Christina Tzekou’s place. The location was great, being within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Mary was more than helpful and was super responsive. The only thing that was a little hard for us was that we had one large and heavy suitcase, and the apartment was on the last floor with no elevator. We recommend Mary Grasia and Christina Tzekou’s place highly!

Ioanna was great, she welcomed us and showed us the house, explaining all the rules and giving us suggestions about what to do. The place is locate uphill, so it might be not for everyone, but taxis and ubers are always available if you are not willing/able to walk. The house was clean, well served with everything in the advertisement. Perfect for a couple of people, we would love to stay again here in the future!

I had a great time here :) Georgios was very kind, flexible, and responsive. The location was great. It’s just a short walk from the city centre, with a supermarket nearby. The space was ideal for one person—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The balcony did not have the most amazing view, but it got fantastic sun and was a great spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location, very clean

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.
