Priya S place was cute and pleasant... Especially everything we asked her for she provided before we arrived.... Kitchen N the cutlery were so nice N really what were needed. Maintenance was good. Felt very safe as we were two ladies and Adyar Anand Bhavan was just a stone's throw away.... The place was easy to find N it was easy to get tranport from there.... Would suggest this place to anyone who wants to go to Trichy

Cippy Villa 12B is truly a hidden gem and an absolute delight for families visiting Tiruchirappalli. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. A huge shoutout to Mr. Mani for his exceptional hospitality—he made sure every request we had was handled promptly and with the highest standards. His attention to detail and friendly nature really elevated the entire experience. Also want to mention Mr. Senthil, the wonderful neighbour, who stepped in without hesitation to help us fix a few minor things. His kindness and willingness to assist really made us feel like we were part of a caring community. Overall, Cippy Villa 12B deserves not just 5, but 6 stars. It’s a perfect choice for families who want a quiet, clean, and cozy place to stay in Trichy with outstanding service and warm-hearted people around. We'll definitely be back!
