Sidhowal Lodge in Shimla was the perfect retreat for my solo trip! One of the first houses built in Shimla in the 1820s, it exudes old-world charm while offering modern comforts. The cozy ambiance, warm hospitality, and stunning views made my stay truly memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and serene surroundings was a highlight. Highly recommend this charming heritage stay!

Amazing place to have a staycation.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was well laid out and spacious. The balconies are protected from the inquisitive monkeys and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Gokul’s cooking is fabulous. The location on AirBnB is very inaccurate. Although we were happy with where the apartment was, it is no where near where shown. It is a very steep walk from Mall Road but okay … we are both in our 60s and managed it.
