Holiday houses in South East Delhi

Occasionally on AirBnB, you come across an absolute gem of a place and Shiv Niwas is just that. It’s probably something of a cliche to describe it as an oasis of calm in a crazy city. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the modern attributes we depend on - fast WiFi, large screen TVs in each room etc. It’s the outside space, however, that truly sets this place apart, a large, well managed garden that has to be heaven for bird lovers. Tarun’s communication was excellent. We were very well cared for by Sangeeta and her team who looked after our every need. We will certainly be returning.

I would honestly give this higher than 5 star if I could. Such a beautiful home and amazing service prior to and throughout our stay. We visited as an extended family of 11, including seniors and kids between 3-12. It was perfect for everyone, great location for shopping, food and just taking in some Delhi life. We used it as an ideal base for day trips to the Taj Mahal in Agra, Mathura and to Akshardham (which was only about 30 mins away by cab). The home itself was very clean and spacious with all the facilities and amenities we could ask for. The hosts were very attentive and friendly as were the staff. It’s not one to be missed, and this would certainly be my first choice for any future Delhi visits.

Having used AirBnB for 5 years, I have constantly tried to look for an accommodation where the host genuinely makes you feel at home. As long as cleanliness and rules are maintained, the host gives you substantial freedom to live as want. Will definitely recommend.

The place and the host both are amazing. The staff was super friendly and cooperative. Super clean place right in the heart of the city and easy to access. Definitely recommend it and will be back for sure.

Incredibly cool spot. Two big private rooftops at 2 levels. Very stylish industrial/glass design. Host was super fast and helpful even when booked last minute. would stay again.

What a great experience, Drishtti’s house was spotless clean with all amenities one could ask for. The interiors were so thoughtfully done, felt like I was in a Scandinavian themed hotel. The art work on the walls and little attention to detail in the interiors made my stay even more special. Drishtti was very responsive and made sure we got everything. Location was also super central and since I came for my wedding shopping - Lajpat Nagar GK and def Col were just minutes away. I highly reccomend this place. One of the best airbnbs in Delhi :)

Alpa and Ayushi’s place make you feel comfortable and secure. Everything was clean and tidy. The cook, who you can hire for meals, is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend using her services as well. There is a daily cleaner as well who was great. Everything was as described and if I asked any questions, they were promptly responded to by the host. I highly recommend this stay. Please note that there are stairs to get to the second floor which may be an issue for elderly guests but fine for others. 5 stars!!

Amazing stay, amazing location, beautiful place which was made better by the communication and helpful nature of our host. The view was amazing from the 41st floor. A nice and private balcony with cozy sitting place made our night and morning view much better. The apartment itself was cozy and all amenities provided. Worth to rent this place!
