Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

Host is very responsive and helpful. They clear the rubbish and change towels everyday. Highly recommended for any big family looking to visit da nang for holidays!

Good place and amneties Worth to stay here!!

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

We would highly recommend staying here. Our hosts were attentive & gave us plenty of directions on making the most of our stay. It is a gem in the city for sure.

Easily one of the best stay during my trip in Vietnam. Very worth it for the prices, we got a whole 4 storey house with kitchen and 3 big bedrooms. The place is very clean and aesthetic even better than hotels, they also has free water and amenities like toothbrush, soap etc. The room also has projector with connected smart TV. Location is also very near airport. Highly recommended to stay in Da Nang!

If the location of the accommodation was very good, the grocery store on the first floor of the apartment There was a pharmacy beer store, so it was convenient.

So glad we booked this place, worth every penny. The place is very clean, tidy and neat. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Fast response from the hosts everytime we ask for recommendations of places to visit in the area. They are also so nice to fetch us from the airport on our first day and fetch us to the airport on our last day. The area also has many food stores nearby. Location is also very good. Near to dragon bridge, Han market, son tra market, monkey mountain, marble mountain and the beach. Will definitely book this place again if I come to Danang.

Where do I start? we initially planned to stay here for 2 days and ended up extending our stay instead, the rooms are exactly as described and Ms linh is a very friendly, cooperative and flexible host. She gave us an early check in, and late check out. This is just to say the least, she and her cute family have been so helpful in guiding us and making our visit to danang a pleasant and warm stay. We definitely found a friend in Ms.linh and will be contacting her for anything related to and in danang. 💫🥰

We were contacted that there were some issues with the room we booked, but they connected us directly to another room in the same town. Communication with the host was good and the response was really fast. The landlord was kind enough to ask whenever I met him if he wanted to clean the room. There was a little noise due to the construction of the surrounding towns, but there was no noise at bedtime or early morning hours, so I don't think it would be a big concern. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Good hosting. Great for a night's rest , event a week to explore Danang city.

The place is very nice. The hosts are super friendly and kind. I was very impressed with the fact that the unit includes a washing machine. The kitchen was missing a few things we westerners may be used to for example a microwave, a spoon, and a plate. But that's not a big deal. After asking I was provided with a spoon, a fork, a knife, and a plate. They both care very deeply for their place and taking care of guests.

Loved the stay! The hosts were also very hospitable. My favourite part was the view of the beach along with da nang city together ♥️

Great place good host and lots of great activities around the place

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. I want to use this accommodation again when I come back to Da Nang next time.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

Great place to stay. Very good location right next to the beach with many good restaurants near by. I would be aware that the use of the gym or pool is 100.000 vnd/use, which isn’t too much but just something to know. Great stay here - would highly recommend this place.
