The place was amazing, Tam was very easy to communicate with and they even let us have late check out!!! we are def coming back again!!!

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

Pros: It is a wooden house near the Danang coastline. I use the whole house and the atmosphere is good. Cons: You have to close the door well in the evening to avoid mosquitoes or bugs. The bathroom is one in the bedroom on the 2nd floor and is not well drained - > I sent someone 30 minutes after inquiring, so I took care of the mosquito repellent and drain (still insufficient drainage) General Pyeong: Use a spacious house with the best atmosphere with nature. This is the best accommodation You're really kind, and the house is cleaner and better than the pictures. I think it's an absolutely regrettable choice.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

Everything is perfect. The communication with the host was quick and smooth. Common space on a great ground floor, The independent rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have clean toilets, and the pool in the yard was enough for adults to enjoy. It might be a little deep for a child, but some are shallow, which is the best place for families to stay. It was a pity that it was a little far from the city center where I mainly travel, but it wasn't too uncomfortable using Grab. I would like to stay here on my next visit.

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

My friends and I had a stay at Linh's villa. We planned to explore Son Tra mountain so this accommodation was ideal for our trip, from here it was probably the closest location to travel to tourist attractions such as Linh Ung Pagoda and Ban Co Peak. In front of the villa is a large street so it is convenient to travel by all means, it was not difficult because Linh provided me with a very detailed and convenient list of surrounding amenities. Linh also provides a car service, highly recommended!! If you do not want to stay in a place that is too crowded and noisy, I think this is a really great place to rest and enjoy. I like the house design, it feels cozy like being at home. My friends and I will definitely come back when we come to Da Nang!

Great room with all amenities! Quality materials! Bed very comfortable. Very nice rooftop pool for swimming with a view! Close to everything and the sea a short walk away or by scooter! I recommend this place to stay. Room photos don't necessarily match the one you'll get. It all depends on availability.

This is the best place to stay in Da Nang. It's a 7-bedroom accommodation.

I book late the host is very quick and enthusiastic. Villa in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes ride from the sea. Will come back when coming to Da Nang.

We were lucky enough to have 5 nights here. As 2 family’s totalling 8 people the space was perfect. The pool and pool table bought us all together in one space, whilst the spacious bedrooms gave us privacy as well. The villa was in a residential area, which meant all local restaurants were filled with locals - loved the experience. Dave and Vincent were extremely responsive hosts, offering local recommendations as well as organising transport and tickets to local attractions. We thank them for making our stay so enjoyable. We would 100% recommend a stay here x

Amazing place with a pool table and air con in every room . Loved how close the swimming pool was and was in a great location , easy to get around and close to the train station . We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We were a group of 10, and the place was perfect for a family getaway—spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a larger group. One of the highlights was how accommodating the host was in helping us arrange transportation around the city. We also booked day tours to Ba Na Hills and Cham Island through the host, which made planning so much easier. There were only two minor issues during our stay: the washing machine wasn’t working, but the host kindly offered free laundry service, which was a great solution. The first floor had a bit of an odor, but it was manageable with the air conditioning on, and the host let us know it’s being fixed. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—would definitely recommend!
