House holiday rentals in Thanh Khê District

It was a suitable accommodation for a business trip for 4 people.

I was so satisfied with the accommodation I stayed in Da Nang, and the communication was fast and everything was perfect. The host's kindness made the traveler's heart comfortable. The condition of the accommodation was the best, and I intend to visit again next time. And one thing I would like to see is a safe in every room.

It was the same as the picture, and I was so happy that there were no bugs.😄 The bedding is clean and fluffy, and the bathroom water pressure is good, and the air conditioner works well. There were unexpected variables, but the host was able to resolve them quickly. ~ Best👍 It was nice to communicate well because I was a Korean host It's also easy to grab and move around to enjoy!🚕 If I come to Da Nang next time, I'll stay here again and again!🙂

It was so nice to be able to communicate in Korean, and I was touched by the quick response. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they took care of my luggage, so I was able to eat comfortably nearby. The swimming pool is the right size to play with children, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes, and there are many local restaurants and cafes a little further away. It's an alley that takes less than 5 minutes on foot, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice. I would like to stay at this villa again the next time I visit Da Nang. I took a walk at night and went to My Khe Beach. We were so happy to be able to spend our family's pleasant trip to Da Nang with your villa.

We were relaxing with friends. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was cool and cleaned several times during our stay. The host was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Trash was picked up every day. There is a great coffee shop near the house where you can have coffee and there are also lots of shops around for groceries. The location is convenient, you can quickly get to any part of the city. When we arrived, the host prepared us cold water and fruit, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this host's villa.

Now I'm back at home in Korea ~ If you tell me to tell you about the most memorable memories in Vietnam, I want to say that it was 10 hours in coucou. I rested comfortably, and I was so sorry that my child took off and played in the private pool for hours as much as peed on the bed, and couldn't go to the bathroom. ^ ^ The day of check-in is the day of departure, so thank you again for being considerate so that I could rest at the accommodation in the early hours. My elderly parents and my family were touched by the kindness and consideration, and in the spirit of service to guests (I knew I left my phone at the airport, so I contacted them, and they came to the airport) x 1000. I think I'll ask my acquaintances who go to Vietnam around me to see if they can make a reservation at coucou first. Thank you so much, and you were so impressed. Anna was the best AirBnB host I’ve ever had. She was very great with communication, she went above and beyond with recommendations, made sure we were comfortable, and helped us with transportation. Everything was accurate to the listing. When I come back to Da Nang, I will try my best to come back to Anna’s homestay.

Nguyen is truly a super host. There was typhoon wutip in Vietnam when we visited her place and many places in Danang had flooded including her own home but she was at the AirBnB with her husband cleaning water for us. They both are true gem of hosts and their villa is just awesomely beautiful. We would love to visit her places once more when there is not so much rain to enjoy Danang and their hospitality once again surely.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

The accommodation is perfect. It's right next to the airport, so you can also walk. The downside is that it's absolutely not possible if you don't take a taxi. There's a small grocery store near the accommodation, but you have to buy it in advance. It closes early. Sometimes I'm late to reply. There is a small supermarket on the right side of the front of the accommodation. There is a small supermarket on the right side about 30 meters up the front, and the young president and lady's house, which is very friendly to the small restaurant on the right, open the door at 11 o'clock, and they don't sell alcohol, but you can buy them. You can order all three simple yogi menus, and even if you order a collar, the rice noodle restaurant is delicious if you go a little further. The accommodation is on the right, and the hop restaurant hop restaurant on the left is only in the evening. It's open, but the hot place in the neighborhood itself is cheap and doesn't speak English, but it's not a scary friendly neighborhood. It's not an accommodation right, but people are nice and friendly. If you look at the Dongnae wheel, there's also a massage. I was on a dawn plane, so I checked out on the last day, rented for 12 hours, went to see it later, and got off at the airport at 11 o'clock. Borrow 16 seats unconditionally. Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

We would highly recommend staying here. Our hosts were attentive & gave us plenty of directions on making the most of our stay. It is a gem in the city for sure.

Easily one of the best stay during my trip in Vietnam. Very worth it for the prices, we got a whole 4 storey house with kitchen and 3 big bedrooms. The place is very clean and aesthetic even better than hotels, they also has free water and amenities like toothbrush, soap etc. The room also has projector with connected smart TV. Location is also very near airport. Highly recommended to stay in Da Nang!
