In 15 minutes you can be in the center of Montpellier or on the beaches. You will love my place because of the interior layout functionality, the air conditioning in all the rooms and the quiet, intimate and green outdoors spaces. The pool remains under the supervision of parents because it is not fenced.

A former priory, freshly renovated, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Ideal place to relax, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the northern end of the building) the tenants live at the southern end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.
