What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Claudio couldnt have been more attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay in his house which was very quiet indeed.

Everything was perfect, very kind and helpful hosts, the accommodation is located in a village 5 - 10 minutes by car from the sea in a beautiful and wild section of Sardinia. The house is very nice and welcoming.

The apartment is very comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all the services, very clean and with two beautiful terraces that are very livable. Sottotorre beach is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time! The proximity to the beach is a great advantage with two children! No need to use the public toilets, we could get home in 2 minutes! The location is great, the beach is literally across the street! I highly recommend it!!! Thank you for everything!!!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Far exceeding expectations, apartment equipped with everything, impeccable cleanliness, large and well-organized spaces. Surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the tranquility of the area while being close to towns. Valentina is the perfect host! Discreet but always present. Overall, a marvel!

We had a great stay. Loved the location, the terrace and view is just fabulous, parking easy and around the corner. Only slight negative is the water pressure in the shower is not so good, but can’t complain. I would return.

The four of us spent two weeks on vacation in the beautiful apartment. Communication was consistently friendly and helpful. The welcome was extremely nice. Stefan was an excellent host who was always available to us with helpful tips throughout the vacation. The house itself was in perfect condition, clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you need and the location between two beaches is optimal. For shopping, you can walk to Isabella in about 10 minutes. Porto Pinetto beach and Porto Pino in about 10-15 minutes walking distance. We liked it very much and we appreciated the hospitality very much, we can well imagine coming back. Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia responded quickly and got it working again. Thank you Patrizia!

We stayed here for Easter and were able to take beautiful walks. The host gave us friendly and very knowledgeable advice. The hosts have tried to make our stay nice. The studio was lovingly renovated and furnished. There was coffee ready and as a welcome we received a large bottle of white wine from our own vineyard. We drove off with a bottle of red, also our own production, which we should try on the last evening. The place is little touristy, we also liked that. Completely satisfied. Will be happy to come again.

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Stayed for 3 nights in Mauro's apartment. It is very nice and well equipped, perfect for a couple getaway. And the balcony has such a stunning view, in the end you don't feel like leaving. The area is quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Be sure to try the pizzaria 906, the pizzas are great and the view is one that you won't forget.
