The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Barbara's accommodation offers perfect comfort. Bedding, decoration, access, supplies... Everything is perfect. Barbara is also very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

We felt very comfortable at Veronica's, the apartment was very nice, exceptionally clean and very quiet. The beautiful beach Spiaggio Coaquaddus is only 7 minutes away by car. In Sant' Antioco, there are also interesting archaeological excavations and a very beautiful museum. Another highlight is the island to the north San Pietro, which can be reached in 30 minutes by ferry.

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything you may need is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a cot and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

We arrived late in the evening and Massimo welcomed us to show us the house and was very kind. The house was perfect with everything we needed, we had a great time. Thank you for everything Massimo!

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.
