This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

En la parte del salón hay un comodísimo sofá-cama de apertura italiana, que tiene en su interior prácticamente una cama con un colchón de 1.40m de ancho x 2.00m de largo frente a un televisor de 40 pulgadas. La habitación tiene una amplia y confortable cama de 1.50m de ancho x 1.90 m de largo y un armario. Las excelentes calidades de todos los muebles se suman a lo completa y bonita que es la cocina, y a lo amplio que es el baño, que harán que tu estancia en Madrid sea maravillosa. Wifi. El apartamento está acondicionado con tecnología de última generación, tiene entrada al edificio y al apartamento automática (sin contacto con el anfitrión, mediante una aplicación que abre de manera remota ambas puertas). Es imprescindible y necesario tener siempre un teléfono móvil con suficiente batería para realizar la apertura del edificio y del apartamento. Estamos convencidos de que nuestro apartamento es ideal para disfrutar de una magnífica estancia en Madrid.
