Hooistek is a cozy and fairly modern holiday home behind a rural, detached house, easy to reach from the Geel Oost exit of the E313. Hooistek has its own entrance, has free WiFi. The holiday accommodation includes a private sauna that can be booked separately. Breakfast is available at a small extra charge. Gerhaegen nature reserve is within walking distance; princely De Merode is nearby, as well as Averbode and Diest. Numerous cycling route networks crisscross the region.

The end of this corridor is also used to a limited extent by the owner. The stairs upstairs take you to the studio, with small kitchen. There is car parking, covered parking for moto/bikes. There is a large garden and a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.
