Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Both business travelers (Vynova, Nike, BP, Genzyme, Black & Decker, Huyndai, Philips Chevron, Esso, Maes containers, etc.) and tourists who want to discover both the Limburg green pearl and the Kempen. Hasselt, Antwerp, Liège, Tongeren, Eindhoven, Leuven, etc. are all easily accessible for day trips because of the proximity of the E313. For long-term stays, there are special rates.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
