Our stay at Antonio’s place in Campofelice di Roccella was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. Antonio is a fantastic young host who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. He truly wants his guests to feel comfortable and at home. Although breakfast wasn’t officially included, Antonio kindly provided it — along with the best espresso we had during our entire stay in Sicily. And he offered it generously throughout our visit. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. He was also very flexible with our check-out, which allowed us to enjoy an extra beach day. The secured parking on site was another great bonus, especially important when traveling by car in Sicily. The location is excellent: just 20 minutes from Cefalù and about an hour from Palermo, making it a perfect base for exploring the northern coast. This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Stunning views, comfortable and clean space. Very friendly and responsive hosts. 10/10

Loved staying at this place

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Spacious, bright and functional house!! The view of the gulf from the house is beautiful. The pool is nearby, our teens were able to get there on their own. Alessandro, gave us great tips to optimize our stay. The area allows many tourist activities! I recommend it

Communication with Sebastiano was very good and he was always available. The apartment is simple, well equipped and quietly located. About 10 minutes' walk to the beach with a delicious restaurant. With the rental car, we were able to explore the cities of Marsala, Erice and Trapani without any problems. We highly recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Spacious and clean apartment with nice sea and mountain views. In October very quiet there. The hosts were super guest friendly and gave many tips. Close to the nice town of Castellamare del Golfo with a harbor (if you are early fresh fish directly on the quay) and many restaurants. Also nice beaches nearby. Palermo is an hour and Trapani and Erice is about half an hour. Also in Trapani here on the quay private sale of fish! Palermo is a crazy city with beautiful architecture. You must have visited! We had a wonderful week!

Very well located apartment a few minutes drive from the center of Alcamo or Castellammare, supermarkets and especially the beach (less than 5 min walk). The apartment is clean and well-equipped, there is what it takes to be self-sufficient and also has a parking space in the residence. The main asset of this apartment is its large terrace with its breathtaking sunset view behind the mountains that run along the coast 🌄 I'll be back, thanks Mario!

Freddy is a great host. Super response and flexible. He gave us clear instructions to check in. Both flats are connecting and the terraces are great to chill have a breakfast and a coffee. For sure we’ll come back for a next trip to Palermo. Highly recommended.

We had wunderful days at the house. It was situated beautifully in NP Madonie. Several amazing hikes started directly from the house. So easy!! Very quiet, birds singing and we saw deers at the house and on our hikes. Alessandra was very friendly, explained everything, gave us information we needed, about hikes and closed roads. It was a pleasure to stay at her place!

Breathtaking views!! This place is truly a gem! Was exactly what we were looking for, a little off the beaten path with great views and some peace and quiet. Host was VERY responsive and gave great recommendations and even received some mail we needed for work as we had a month long stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
