The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Experience Potsdam skin close yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential settlement directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites beautifully to hikes and bike tours. The main train station and Potsdam centre are about 3-5 km away and very easy to reach by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed, and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

The apartment in the castle park, which is equipped with stylish, extraordinary and antique furniture, impresses with direct proximity to Caputh Castle and the state capital Potsdam. Potsdam can be reached in just half an hour by bike, but also by bus, which leaves in the immediate vicinity. The Schwielowsee region is one of the most popular recreational areas near Berlin. Surrounded by lakes, you can enjoy a quiet few days here.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Vacation near Petzinsee near Potsdam

-- The inn is closed in winter until March! -- Otherwise, when you're with us, sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The guest house is on our property, but somewhat separate and therefore private. The Petzinsee swimming spot is about 10 minutes by foot. In just a few minutes by car or by bus or bike you can reach Potsdam with the sights. Berlin is also within easy reach of Potsdam by train or S-Bahn.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
