Monthly Rentals in Temple Terrace

Great place to stay. If you want to be near some of the theme parks. The house is comfortable in the neighborhood is quiet. We stayed there for 3 weeks to be near Moffitt for a family member undergoing surgery. During that time we had issues with the dryer, and Luz promptly sand a technician. The house is small but comfortable for four people. It is listed as sleeping six people, although I did not see extra linens or beds, and the couch is not a sleeping sofa. Overall, even though we were not there for vacation, certainly made it our stay comfortable and convenient being close to the hospital, grocery stores, and pharmacy.

This place was just like the pictures. It was very very clean. It was quiet and we felt very safe. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again. The hostess responded very quickly when I had a question. Great stay!!

We had a lovely family vacation and Michael's house had been the perfect place for getting to know the area as well as having some days in between just hanging out in the nice garden. The communication with him and Jenny went smoothly. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Tampa! The space is separated from a large house, but it felt very private, peaceful, and quiet. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the apartment was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!
