A fantastic guest house that is easy to find, well decorated with the most comfortable bed, and dog friendly!! If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient, dog friendly place, this is definitely for you!!! If we ever make our way back to Tampa, we’ll definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved staying here at the strawberry stilt house! It was at the perfect location for us seeing friends and family. also so private and quiet, yet right there with all major roads. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch (no mosquitoes bothering us on the second floor 😂), the comfortable bed and I can't describe just how much we enjoyed the privacy!!! The landscaping was WONDERFUL around the house also. It just blended in with the surroundings. Highly recommend! If you have any questions, Joe was an amazing host and very responsive!

House was great, clean and close to highway so it made it easy to go anywhere we wanted. Even my 5 yr old felt at home and that is a understatement. He is usually ready to go home by the end of the day.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! What a beautiful home and fully equipped with everything to have enjoyed our stay and time with family. We loved how clean the backyard and pool area was. The house was extremely clean and neat. The bedrooms had super comfortable beds and the linen was fresh and clean. Bathrooms had extras of everything so we wouldn't run out of necessary items. The kitchen was fully equipped with all sorts of gadgets we needed for cooking. Everyone that we communicated with from Emperor Rentals were super quick to respond and were willing to work with our inquiries. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and pleasant experience. We would most definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Perfect for our extended family. So much to do at the house, pool, hot tub, darts, pool table etc! The location was 15 min from Busch Gardens and an hour from Weeki Wachee, which was great for us! The house is spacious with everything you need.

Peter’s place was just what we expected. No surprise. It was clean and if we had any questions he was right there with an answer. It was a very nice stay, and recommended Peter has a wonderful host.

We felt at home-didn’t need anything extra-that had taken care of the details including every kitchen utensil/ item you would need. Ryan was great with communication and asked in advance if we had any needs. Such a peaceful property right on the river. We enjoyed the pool most afternoons-refreshing! Central location too! We will be visiting again for sure!

The home was very clean and comfy and the pool was fantastic after a long day at Busch Gardens. Only 10 minutes from the park and 20 from Raymond James Stadium. Janetta was very flexible with our check-in time which helped make our arrival stress-free. The check-out time is later than most which gave us time to rest before the long drive home.

House was perfect for our daughter’s 5th bday celebration. The pool was spacious, well maintained and there was plenty of outdoor space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It was obvious that the owner, Angel, has put time into making the house look nice. He was also very communicative and polite with us. We went to Busch Gardens and the house is literally four minutes away from there. We were surprised by a view of the fireworks at night. If we come back to busch gardens, we hope to stay here again.

Great location, great character, great value. Pool was an excellent space to hang out at during the day and nice central location for everything else. Would stay again.

Great place to stay! I have this book marked for our next time in Tampa. It was just what we needed

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

This place is a great find. the fact that it ha 2 bathrooms was amazing. Erika is an amazing host. The Central AC was not working when we arrived and it got to 95 degrees inside. It did not take her long to get it fixed, and have 2 window AC units installed to help. It immediately started to cool down. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have loved to see decaf coffee available, but that is only thing that wasn't 100% perfect. Immaculate and the location is PERFECT to a ton of things to do.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and all i can say is this place was probably the best airbnb for a couple staying in tampa. The place was spacious and has anything you could need for a stay! The kitchen was stocked with kitchen utensils (which we didn’t use but appreciated), the bathroom had nice little toiletries and the essentials for a bathroom. Not only that but the water pressure was phenomenal, which most airbnbs don’t have. The place had its own private parking with a gate that you could close at night which was a big plus! I definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

My friend and I both had lake homes in the past and both wanted to try staying in a tiny house. It was a fun two nights. Beautiful lake and very nice donkeys. My little dog Elli was timid and didn't know what to make of them. We had a few laughs over that because Elli kept checking to make sure they were not following us back to the nice safe screened porch. Area just opened a new organic Sprouts grocery store which is wonderful. Wish we had one in Palm Coast. A very cute little place .

Jian was extremely helpful and generous! The home had so much space for the entire family. Although it was right in the middle of so much to do, it was still so peaceful and quiet! I would definitely come back with the family!
