A wonderful stay even better than expected! Such a lovely place in a beautiful setting the perfect countryside escape. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the Annex had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. My two children absolutely loved it and are now dreaming of living on a farm! The thoughtful touches like cereal, milk, and coffee waiting for us on arrival really made it feel like a home away from home. Looking forward to returning soon if this little gem is still available!

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

Fiona's place is a cute but well-equipped one set in a private and peaceful area but with close amenities. We loved our stay at Stable Cottage. Fiona went over and above to accommodate us and ensure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We even got to say hello to two of her furry hosts. Dougie loves to play!

Zoe's place was absolutely delightful, everything you could need and an extremely comfy bed. Zoe was friendly, kind and helpful; she gave us a lovely greeting with lots of tips for local sights and eats. We would gladly stay here again ☺️

Great base for me as I was an exhibitor at BBC Gardeners World Live so wanted a self contained space to stay that was 10 minutes away and this place fitted that perfectly. Lovely area and the boat pub on the canal is a 5 minute walk away which I highly recommend. Well equipped kitchen and great powerful shower. Comfy bed and convenient parking space. I’d come back here when next in the area.

very happy returning to Vik's yurt - to be in the middle of a big city, yet in a totally peaceful spot with birds in the trees and greenery all around, it's a great gift! to arrive to a chat and a cuppa, and later an early dinner is a bonus - and to be dropped off at the MAC for my gig, a double bonus - near enough to walk home afterwards. If that's the kind of place you like, you'll be as happy as me ( and that's happy!)

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Jan’s accommodation. We arrived 1st week of March and were greeted with a very clean, warm living space. The freshly cut Daffodils were a nice touch. You get your own little boundary containing a lush lawn, 2 beautiful apple trees and lots of seasonal flowers, it’s pretty and you get a nice sense of privacy. Jan is a great host. She is very friendly & communicative, has great local knowledge and always happy to help with whatever she can. She gives you plenty of space to enjoy your break but if you’re up for a chinwag she has all the time for you. The town of Bishops Castle has a lot to offer, with lots of small businesses that seem to be thriving. There are a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes all of which are good in their own ways. Our favourite was probably the Happy Bap for a small bite and a coffee. There is also an excellent quality butcher, petrol station, 2 convenience shops and variety of cute crafty shops.

Amy's accommodation was within walking distance of all amenities as well as Edgbaston Cricket Ground where we watched England v West Indies. The Coach House offered us everything we needed as well as a very quiet location and our sleep was undisturbed.

I had a great stay overall. The setup is ideal for privacy (you are completely separate from the main house, with easy access via a side gate). The guest house itself is surprisingly spacious (not always a guarantee) and sits in a beautiful garden. Temperature control was easily achieved with blinds drawn, open windows, and a small fan during the warm weather. Shower pressure and water temperature were excellent (even though I couldn't find the on/off switch at first). Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The best part of the experience was all the amenities included (coffee, tea, fresh milk in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo). Location-wise, Moseley is a peaceful suburb with some nice restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the city by bus (even easier if you have a car). Amjid was nice to talk to when we met a few days in. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Garden Annex was great, we were able to come and go easily and see the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our time, we will be back next time we are visiting the area.

The most perfect little escape, couldn't fault a single thing and would love to return some day! Literally everything we needed it to be and more. Incredible decor, beautiful surroundings and peaceful. Sophie was so welcoming and super easy to communicate with. Really couldn't fault a single thing.

We booked the annex for a small family gathering as we were going to the nearby NEC for the Gardeners’ World show and so the setting seemed the perfect place with its wonderful garden backdrop. Chris met us at check in and gave us the grand tour and it didn’t disappoint — a truly beautiful space filled with love and care and fantastic plants of all shapes and sizes. The annex itself was wonderful too, ideal for us to cook food each night and make breakfast, and relax on the sofa and catch up. The beds were all super comfortable and the bathroom easily suited us for our needs. A high end finish throughout made our family stay a really enjoyable weekend reunion.

Before we’d even arrived we’d had great information on how to find The Little Gatehouse with clear photos, instructions and contact numbers if needed. On arrival we were met by the cutest place, it was just beautiful, the garden was just blooming and looked so picturesque. The inside was pristine with everything you could need for a break away, the welcome basket was just wonderful with the extras you’d expect to save you nipping to the shop straight away. We also had the use of their beautiful garden to walk the dogs after our journey which was great when a dog walk is last on your list after a long drive! The dogs absolutely loved their stay and were welcomed with open arms. The only downside is that we didn’t stay longer we were sad to leave but we will definitely be returning in the future. Hosts were wonderful and I have to say a huge thank you to them for helping us find our way back after a meal in Llangollen when the road got unexpectedly closed.

Placed really well for excellent walking, the briefest walk into the town which has everything you need and an outstanding farmer’s market.The Lodge is private, with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area and a large off road parking space. There is an excellent park for nearby dog exercise as needed.

We enjoyed our stay, Adrian was friendly and gave us some great recommendations. The place is an annex of his home but it felt quite private - a lock on the door to the accommodation would have been useful. Shame the deck was under construction so not quite like the photos but still useable and amazing, peaceful view out the back. Comfy bed, on street parking and all the amenities you need.

Great place for our overnight stay visiting family in the area. Instructions were clear and Amanda and Graham were very responsive and flexible with our plans. Thank you again and would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is spacious, but Hanna ensured that everything was inviting with so many little touches. Tea & coffee; shower gel; etc etc As two household guests, we both said that we will stay there again

Would highly recommend and stay again, was a very comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Kevin and family were very friendly and helpful hosts, always responsive to messages and made us feel like they were available if we needed anything. That's not to say they were always around, other than introducing themselves when we arrived and saying goodbye when we left they left us alone to enjoy our weekend, just checking in by message to check if all was OK. A perfect balance of being available but not having us feel like we were in somebody else's house with them. Parking was also very easy and convenient.

This place is worth every single penny. The service that we got there was phenomenal, especially because our first Airbnb let us down very late in the day and this one stepped up stepped in and then knocked it out of the park. Chambers and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to stay. We couldn’t have asked for a bit of service and night sleep and a great time at this Airbnb. I will be going back to this one. I’m sure that’s thrown out a lot by people. But I will be going back to this one. If this is trivago would be given five stars but we’re not. This is getting 10 stars.

Anand was a great host from the start, I asked if early check in was possible due to long journey time… he was more than happy to accommodate. On arrival there was complimentary tea, coffee, milk and fruit which was much needed. He welcomed me in to what was a lovely, modern studio flat with everything you would need. I had a lovely stay and I would recommend this place and Anand very highly. I would definitely stay again A+++

Full marks for Sarah and her property. Sarah is the perfect person to run an air B&B, such an interesting lady, her interaction was perfect just as and when we needed it to be. The accommodation was pure class and no scrimping on the fixtures and fittings especially the uber comfy bed. We had been to Nantwich before and used air B&B but this time it was far superior, no hesitation in going back or to recommend this accommodation to friends or family or anyone asking for places to stay. Good luck with all your bookings Sarah long may you keep hosting. Loved that Sarah was a fellow Virgo, ( they are such perfectionists) just wished we lived nearer to visit more often for that village style break that we were so lucky to enjoy this weekend. Just perfect.
