Raju's property is a perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy some peace and calm in a small regional village still not far from town if you wish to go for a quick ride. The house was as described and fun to stay. The caretakers were very friendly and attended to all our needs. Raju is a perfect host who made us feel right at home . Communication with Raju was seamless. We will definitely comeback in our next trip and stay there again. Thanks Raju for being an extraordinary host 🙏

The place is great for families. It is located 500 meters inside the service road, next to ORR. The approach road is not frequently used, and there is no signboard at the farmhouse gate, but the property caretaker, Ravi, helped us find the location easily. The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate four small families. The place was built using ship containers, we loved the traditional architecture, built using old wooden materials, which added a rustic charm to the place. One of the biggest advantages is the spacious playground, which is well-maintained with decent grass, perfect for kids to play freely. Food can be ordered via Swiggy, though you may need to guide the delivery person to the location. The swimming pool is great for adults but does not have a separate kids' pool, so supervision is necessary for younger children. Overall, our family had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place for families looking to enjoy a spacious playground and a refreshing pool.

Nice place to hang out especially with my bunch of students. Staffs were very cooperative and polite. Nice place for peaceful get together. Owner also turn out from nowhere just to check whether we are comfortable or not. It was a nice gesture from the owner. Will definitely come back again in winter, next time with a group of more than 30 people. I recommend this place for any type of get together. U have many options to hang out but customer service is what stands out among the all. Here we are fully satisfied with their services right from the owner to the caretakers not to forget to mention the support of Mr. Shekhar.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, peaceful, and blooming lush greenery. We loved exploring the garden, which had a variety of fruit plants like sugarcane and berries—a unique and refreshing experience. The perfect place for retreat from the city. Highly recommended!"

Our stay for two days was very good. Place was clean and is maintained good with Greenery all around. Has internet connectivity. The Patio is the perfect place for a coffee during the mornings. Rajesh did whatever he could to accommodate our request for a table. It would've been good if wardrobes were made usable for the guest. Host could do better with the utensils choice. A lot of good restaurants are available in good proximity (ORR tukkuguda exit), and delivery through food delivery apps is available too. Mornings were very peaceful with birds chirping and the sunrise view from the patio.

Wonderful place. We had complete privacy. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make it a great stay for us. Everything was as described and place had a vintage charm. Would have loved if there were any restaurants nearby. But kitchen is well equipped for all needs.

The swimming pool was absolutely incredible—crystal-clear, spacious, and well-maintained. Whether we wanted to take a refreshing dip during the day or relax by the poolside in the evening, it was the ideal spot for unwind
