Our stay was great and it’s a nice and well maintained place to stay

It’s nice home stay as expected , peaceful sit out and bed room project for party place , kitchen for cooking , oven was very helpful for heating up food , fridge was clean and neat , Only thing I felt if there good sound system for projector room it would be more good

Honestly we loved the place! Shreyas was also sooo polite and helpful. We had the best time there. I went in to celebrate my birthday with few of my closest people and I’m so looking forward to exploring their other properties as well <3

We were a group of 10 friends who stayed in this property and we had a great time together. The house was very spacious and very clean. The host was always reachable and ensured that we felt at home. All The bedrooms were very spacious with clean beds and linen. The bathrooms were very clean. There was a caretaker at the property who guided us to the local restaurants and eateries. Lastly the location of this property is excellent. It is close to all the major attractions in Hyderabad and also the train stations. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stay in Hyderabad.

We especially loved the cozy touches like fresh linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a charming outdoor space. The space was absolutely stunning—much better in person than even the accurate photos suggest. You can feel the thought and care the Disha the host put into the design. The interiors were minimalist yet warm, with cozy lighting and tasteful touches that made it feel like home. The living area was airy and welcoming. There was also a work desk, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for remote work. The kitchen had everything: utensils. The bathroom was clean, fresh towels, toiletries, and strong water pressure. Every detail, from decor to functionality, was well thought out. This place struck the perfect balance between comfort and style, making it one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had. Disha was an amazing host, friendly and quick to respond.

the host at Midtown Lake View Penthouse near Hi-tech City, was incredibly friendly, enhancing the stay with his warm welcome. The penthouse boasted stunning lake views from the bed window, a well-equipped kitchen, and ample relaxation space. Despite only staying for two days, Chaitanya's hospitality made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this property for its tranquil ambiance and picturesque setting, perfect for a memorable retreat.

We stayed at Srini's place for 2 nights. I initially booked for one and then extended for one more ( which says a lot of about the place and the host) I was traveling with my pet. Srini's dad who lives at the apartment and is the host was very kind, soft spoken and welcoming. He made us feel at home and made it super comfortable for me and my dog ( who is an old German shepherd). We felt safe. He gave us our space and helped us out with food options and other recommendations. it was lovely to speak to him about his good old days over a cup of chai. It was a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend.

The saying ‘ our home is your home’ aptly describes my stay here. A perfect mix of privacy and personal space with comfortable and friendly conversation made my stay with this young couple special. Once you are at home nothing else matters. A special mention for the delicious home cooked meals from Priya which was a great surprise. Thanks to her wonderful dinners it was bye bye Swiggy and hello home food. What else do you need.
