This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Den sentrale plasseringen gir kort gangavstand til tog- og busstasjon, shopping, restauranter, caféer, Slottsfjellet og andre attraksjoner i Tønsberg sentrum. Leiligheten inneholder soverom i tillegg til stue, kjøkken, bad og terrasse. Soverommet har dobbeltseng samt god lagringsplass. Badet inneholder dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Kjøkkenet er velutstyrt med oppvaskmaskin. Det er parkeringsplass i gårdsplassen, samt i gaten.

Fra uteplassen oppe er det sen kveldssol. Det er gode bussforbindelser til/fra Tønsberg. Vi har to sykler til utlån. Leil. inneholder: Entré, stue, bad, kjøkken, sov. m/ dobbeltseng og det mulighet for ekstra soverom med oppblåsbar dobbelt madrass mot vederlag på kr. 200,- Gratis parkering på gårdsplass eller i gaten.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and has a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a spa, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach where you can swim, dive and jump from the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the bottom of a cul-de-sac.
